• In case of any spillage, always make sure to clean the spill as soon as possible.
• If there’s a pesky stain, use a mild cleanser and a soft cloth to clean it. Wipe off with a dry cloth afterwards to clean any excess moisture or cleanser.
• Always be gentle while handling and cleaning the Item.
• Never use a wet cloth or excessive cleaner/ product on the furniture piece as it might negatively effect the wood.
• It should always be made sure that Items should never be exposed to high contents of moisture or water.
• Product should be kept away from harsh or direct sunlight to protect the color and polish of the furniture piece.
• Contact with jarring chemicals or high concentrated alcohols may adversely affect the longevity of the Items.
• If you’re looking to relocate a sheesham wood bed, it’s always best to lift and relocate it with the help of a friend. Dragging the bed will not only harm your flooring but may also weaken the furniture joints.

Delivery :

• Delivery services are free of cost. If in case a customer was unable to receive the order, a delivery fee shall be charged for the rescheduled attempts.
• The customer can choose to pick a weekend delivery or a time specific delivery by paying additional charges.
• PlusOne furniture offers door delivery services. But in case there’s no lift provision, the delivery shall be made only to the ground floor and an additional change per floor shall be levied in case the customer requests a door delivery. .
• In case the customer was not able to receive a delivery, the order shall be held at the nearest delivery hub for not more than 10 days, after which PlusOne furniture shall cancel the order or charge an additional delivery fee.
• PlusOne furniture’s support team will always be available to help the customer with any queries regarding the same.

The warranty does not apply for –

• Any natural depreciation or weathering of the bed.
• Any physical damage that the bed might occur upon daily usage.
• Any damage caused by the incorrect assembly or tweak by the customer.
• Any damage or cracks that might occur while moving or rearranging the bed in a space.
• Any fading/ staining due to exposed under direct sunlight or excessive moisture.
• Any rot or decomposing of wood subject to continuous exposure to water.
• Any blemish or smears due to usage of harsh cleaning chemicals.
• Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
• Any unevenness of up to 5mm is accepted widely as per the industry standards, that may be due to varying floor/ surface levels.

• Pro tip – Always measure your lift doo, main door and room door sizes to ensure that there wouldn’t be any issues in getting your beautiful order inside at the time of delivery. Incase you’ve placed an order and the product doesn’t fit your spatial requirements PlusOne furniture shall not take responsibility and return/ cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• All items may not require assembly. If an item needs an expert assembly, a skilled technical team shall be assigned and a visit will be scheduled.

Damages–

• PlusOne furniture ensures safe and damage free door delivery making it a hassle free experience.
• Incase of any damages during delivery or in cased of a damaged and delivered product, please make sure to disclose the same to the delivery personnel and also reach out to our customer support team.
• Any/ all damages shall be evaluated within 48-72 hours and our customer support team shall get back to you with an appropriate solution.
• If PlusOne furniture deems a furniture piece damaged or beaten, the customer support team will educate the customer their options to address the issue.
• If in case of any missing parts of the delivered furniture piece, it s advisable to get in touch with the customer support so they can arrange for the missing parts to be delivered to the customer as soon as possible.
